Cultural Plaza – Minillas Center

Large plaza across from the Puerto Rico Museum of Art that features ‘Reclining Woman’ by Colombian artist Fernando Botero.  Surrounded by government offices, the plaza is used for special events due to its great location between Condado and Santurce.
